Ontario County’s OnCor page is a strong early stop for property due diligence. The app lets anyone explore tax parcels and related information. Layers can include zoning, surveys, assessment details, soils, owner history, and aerial imagery. The Parcel Snapshot app offers a faster property report with maps, surveys, and a tax map.

For deed work, the clerk’s deed page separately lists recording requirements, including return address, notarized signatures, property description, names, and state forms. Save the parcel report, then compare it with deed-recording requirements before relying on the map.

Search Ontario County OnCor with the address, then save the parcel-map result, parcel or account number, and search date. Add any citation or application number tied to the property before asking the county to revisit the record.
