Tioga County's Beacon Viewer Is the Parcel Starting Point

Tioga County points owners to Beacon for assessment and inventory searches, then to rolls and assessor offices for review.

Use Tioga County’s Real Property Data Viewer to check an assessment or property inventory. The county page links that viewer to Beacon. Real Property Tax Services also works between state and local offices on property-tax work.

Tentative assessment rolls come out each May 1. Check the owner name, mailing address, property location, inventory, and new assessment. Start in Beacon, then match the result to the right roll and year.

Contact the assessor or county office before a grievance deadline passes. Save the address, parcel number, search date, and Beacon result. If the portal sends the question to another office, write down its name and keep the parcel number with the handoff.
