Seneca Treasurer handles the unpaid-tax window

Seneca County's Treasurer page gives readers a place to check unpaid-tax collection timing.

Published June 24, 2026 · Last verified June 24, 2026

Seneca County’s Treasurer handles unpaid taxes during regular county office hours. That route is for a past-due question, not an ordinary current bill.

Start by naming the municipality, parcel number, bill year, and unpaid bill. If the tax is unpaid, ask the Treasurer for the current balance and payment instructions. If it is a normal current bill, use the instructions for that bill instead of assuming the unpaid-tax route applies.

Bring any earlier receipts and escrow statements to the call. Keep the Treasurer’s answer, current balance, payment directions, and final receipt with those records so the bill year and payment route remain clear.
