Niagara Parcel Searches Include Tax Amounts

Niagara County property owners can start with the Real Property parcel search for tax amounts, then use the Treasurer for delinquent balances.

A Niagara County property question often starts better with the Parcel Information Search than with a guess at the right desk. The Pros-GAR database can show parcel information and tax amounts.

Open the search for a buyer comparing a listing, a homeowner checking an old bill, or a family member matching an address to a parcel. Copy the parcel number, owner name, municipality, tax year, and tax amount from the result.

If the question is about the parcel record or displayed tax amount, keep it with Real Property. If it is about a delinquent balance, take the parcel details to the County Treasurer’s Office at 439-7007. The Real Property office is at the Philo J. Brooks Building, 59 Park Avenue in Lockport, with weekday office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.

For a closing, estate file, or tax cleanup, keep the search result, date, and any Treasurer answer together. That separates the current parcel record from the delinquent-balance route.
